This song is about the fact that within the reach of the internet and social networks, many people are beginning to live a kind of double life. Double life because we see people who show themselves, describe themselves and appear to be in a way that they really are not. For some it has become so important that, practically, many are already too immersed in this fantasy and actually care more about that world than the real world.
The evil glass corresponds to the screens of our laptops, smartphones, etc., which enslave us and have been dehumanizing us.
